For Self Installation Disclaimer:

1) Kindly check all items before fixing up for manufacturer warranty. Mummyguru do not cover the manufacturer warranty if the wood is chipped when fixing. We don’t keep spare parts.

2) When fixing, do not need to over screw the nails and bolts. Kindly drill lightly because it is made out of chipped wood. Do not force it.

3) Washing machine – please refer to the video we PM you from the shop. Do not loose the small white pin. 📍 and check on the sound (black button) before you install.

4) Put aside 3 hours of bonding time since you are installing this kitchen first time with your kid.

5) Have fun!

TIPS:

Start from the Base and move upwards of the kitchen, there are 3 layers to complete.

Get a drill! Cut half the time and hassle.

Return and Installation Policy:

No Returns After Installation Begins.

Returns are not accepted once installation has started.

Pre-Installation Material Check:

If you identify any defective materials or parts before installation, please take a photo and send it to us. We’ll cover replacement parts under warranty.

Return Packaging Requirements:

All return items must be packed in the original packaging with the complete set of accessories and manuals. Mummyguru will pay for shipping cost for return back the item unless customer does not wants the item without valid reason then customer has to pay the return shipping cost themselves. Please note: The logistics team will only pick up items properly sealed and tightly packed.

Return Approval Process:

For returns items, please send a photo or video showing the item packed and boxed appropriately. We’ll review it to approve the return, subjects to approval.

Optional Installation Service:

If you’d like to add installation service, please message us to arrange it. Installation fees range from $80 – $200. We’re happy to extend this service to you.

We will install and send you the installed kitchen within 3 working days once we received your order.
